Israr Khan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2015, they founded Disruptor AS. In 2016, they served as the Digital Director at marked.no, where they played a crucial role in launching Norway's first online grocery store. Israr was involved in business development, marketing, and operations, leading the startup to significant success.

In 2017, Israr co-founded Aprila Bank ASA and took on the role of Co-Founder and Chief Product, Marketing & Technology Officer. Israr focused on solving the small and mid-size enterprise credit gap by making financial products more accessible to small businesses. Israr employed a radical API-based distribution strategy and digital processes to simplify operations for both customers and the company.

Israr has also served in various board member positions. In 2019, they became a board member of XACCT Accounting AS, and in 2020, they joined CYBR as a board member. Additionally, they hold board member positions at Amesto NextBridge, Nordic VPS Group AS, and Neste Steg Norge, all starting in 2022.

Furthermore, Israr has been an advisory board member at Hold AS since 2016. Israr was also a co-founder and held the role of CDO / CTO at Langler ASA from 2017 to 2018.

Israr Khan attended various educational institutions from 2000 to 2009. Israr started their education at Sogn videregående skole from 2000 to 2004, specializing in the field of Media and Communication. Israr then enrolled at Luftforsvarets Befalsskole from 2004 to 2006, although their field of study is unspecified. Following this, Israr Khan studied Organization Theory and Leadership at Høgskolen i Hedmark (HH) from 2005 to 2006. Lastly, they pursued a degree in Computer Engineering/Informatics at Oslo and Akershus University College from 2006 to 2009.
