Lene Gridseth

Lene Gridseth has worked in various roles in the finance industry since 2013. Lene began their career as a Corporate Finance Intern at Hedge Funds and Sophisticated Products Advisors (HedgeSPA) in 2013, where they constructed a valuation model for use in an upcoming Seed B financing round and participated in investor meetings. Lene then moved to Fondsfinans in 2014 as a Corporate Finance Analyst. In 2016, they joined Beringer Finance as a Corporate Finance Associate and also participated in the Moonwalk Learning: Reinvent Education innovation program run by Moonwalk Innovation. In 2017, they were appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Aprila Bank ASA.

Lene Gridseth completed a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) between 2009 and 2012. Lene then completed a Master of Science in Financial Economics from the same school between 2012 and 2014. In 2011, they attended an exchange semester at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, studying Business/Commerce, General. In 2007 and 2008, they completed an exchange year with AFS in Naples, Italy, studying Liceo Linguistico. In 2013, they attended a two-month MBA course in Technopreneurship from the National University of Singapore as part of the Norwegian Entrepreneurship Programme (Gründerskolen).
