Jeff Schadler

Jeff Schadler has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jeff most recently worked at Aprimo as a Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they were the Global Finance Director at FMI - The Food Industry Association, where they served as the Head of Finance for subsidiary SQFI and implemented financial governance and new pricing strategies, leading to double-digit revenue growth.

Before joining FMI, Jeff was the Director of Finance and Operations at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where they implemented financial operations for four separate businesses. Jeff also held the role of Senior Manager of Finance Operations at the same company. Prior to that, they served as a Finance Supervisor at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, managing a team and collaborating with operational leaders.

Jeff's earlier work experience includes being a Business Student at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Jeff also worked at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where they held various roles, including Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Hyatt Place/Hyatt House hotels and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Select Hotels Group, LLC. Their accomplishments at Hyatt include implementing finance structures and ERP Hyperion Planning.

Jeff started their career at RR Donnelley as a Credit Specialist and later held roles as an Assistant Credit Analyst, Sales Analyst, and Senior Financial Analyst. Jeff contributed to the company's growth and analyzed risks during the technology boom.

Through their work experience, Jeff has demonstrated strong financial and operational expertise in various industries, including hospitality, real estate, energy, and print manufacturing.

Jeff Schadler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from DePaul University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2003. Later, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, completing it from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, Jeff obtained a certification in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University in 2012. In 2012, they also attended HKUST MBA for a brief period to study Emerging Markets.
