Customer Success, EMEA at Aprimo

Mary Neville has over two decades of experience in customer success, project management, and consulting within the technology and marketing sectors. Currently, since October 2016, Mary serves in a Customer Success role for EMEA at Aprimo. Prior to this, from December 2014 to September 2016, Mary was the Center of Excellence Director for the International Region at Teradata Marketing Applications, following a tenure as Head of Business Consulting & Expert Services at Teradata from January 2011 to December 2014. Earlier career roles include Engagement & Programme Manager at Teradata, Project Manager/Senior Consultant at Legacy Aprimo, and various positions such as Consultant at DoubleClick and Training Manager at Protagona. Mary holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in IT from Loughborough University and a BA in Psychology from University College Galway. Mary’s achievements include launching the training department at Protagona and managing extensive software implementation projects throughout all project lifecycle stages.
