Jennifer Joiner

Jennifer Joiner serves as the Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer and Partner at Aprio since May 2023, while also holding the title of Chief Skirt at The Pencil Skirt Posse since January 2023. Previously, Jennifer founded and led End to End Digital, LLC as CEO from January 2022 to April 2023, and worked as General Manager at Nexient from March 2021 to January 2022. Jennifer's background includes a role as Vice President of Digital Experience & Engagement at Aflac, focused on modernizing digital customer experiences, as well as serving as Associate Vice President at North Highland, guiding Fortune 1000 clients in business transformation. Jennifer's early career included management positions at The Home Depot, Protiviti, and finance roles at PRP and Kraiburg TPE. Educational qualifications include a BBA in International Finance and a BA in German from the University of Georgia.
