Kelly Meadows

Kelly Meadows has a diverse work experience in the talent acquisition field. Kelly is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Talent Solutions at Aprio since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Glow Consulting Group as a Talent Consultant and CEO, where they focused on innovating talent strategy and working with staffing agencies and corporate talent teams.

In addition, Kelly is the founder of Open2Working, a job board aimed at helping people impacted by layoffs and changing the job board game for job seekers. Kelly also has experience at Beacon Hill Staffing Group as a Senior Director, where they designed and grew the national technology recruiting team and serviced large enterprise program clients.

Earlier in their career, Kelly held roles at Eliassen Group as Vice President of the Southeast Region and Branch Director, where they provided leadership and strategic guidance to various teams. Kelly also worked at Principle Solutions Group as the Director of Recruiting and Lead Technical Recruiter, specializing in business intelligence and .NET development/architect roles.

Prior to that, Kelly worked at The Proven Method as a Technical Recruiter, recruiting for high-level technical positions, and at firstPRO as a Recruiter, focusing on administrative-related positions.

Kelly Meadows attended Kennesaw State University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
