Bernard Charlès

Bernard Charlès serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Dassault Systèmes, with prior roles including Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and President and CEO. In addition to leadership at Dassault Systèmes, Bernard Charlès is also a member of the Board of Directors at Sanofi. Educationally, Bernard Charlès holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on automation engineering and information science, obtained from Laboratoire d’automatique ISMCM, and a senior teaching qualification (Agrégation) earned between 1979 and 1980.
