Sergei Kalabin

Sergei Kalabin is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leading design teams and delivering innovative solutions. Currently serving as the Design Lead at Apron since March 2022, Sergei previously held various leadership roles at Yandex from February 2013 to June 2022, including Design Team Lead, where responsibilities included guiding a team of product and communications designers. Additionally, Sergei contributed to Yandex as an Art Director and Senior Product Designer, focusing on international search and other projects. Early career experiences include roles as Lead Product Designer and Product Designer at Tsentsiper and as a designer at Estiva and TurboMilk. Sergei holds a Bachelor's degree from the Samara State Academy of Social Sciences and Humanities and participated in the Masterskaya® Campus workshop in 2013.
