Currently serving as Managing Director at Cobalt Deutschland GmbH since March 2011, Nicole has held various senior positions including Operations Director and Executive Director, demonstrating expertise in engineering and HR strategy. In addition to current responsibilities, Nicole is an active member of the APSCo Deutschland Representative Committee, advocating for the recruitment industry in Germany. Prior experience includes a role as Product Manager and Regional Manager at Hella from 2006 to 2010. Nicole Schwan is an alumna of Fachhochschule Südwestfalen.
