Colt Duckworth CESP possesses extensive experience in employment support and education for individuals with disabilities. Currently serving as a Teaching Professional at Millis High School since September 2020, Colt specializes as a school transition employment specialist and job coach. As a board member of the Massachusetts APSE since October 2015, Colt contributes to the mission of enhancing supported employment within the state. Additional roles include core member of the board developing the "Department Blueprint for Success" with DDS, involvement in membership committees at APSE, and previous positions as a Career Development Specialist at WORK Inc., Director of Employment Services at Delta Projects, Inc., and Employment Supports Program Coordinator at the Kennedy-Donovan Center. Colt holds an Associate's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology from the Rhode Island Institute of Electronics.
