Ben Pearce

Ben Pearce is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Apsida Life Science, a global recruitment business dedicated to the pharmaceutical industry, established in June 2019. Prior to this role, Ben served as Associate Director and Team Sales Manager at Life Science Recruitment from September 2013 to June 2019, where responsibilities included leading a team focused on sourcing talent for various sectors within the life sciences. Ben began their career as a specialist recruitment consultant in Health Economics and Epidemiology, gaining expertise in sourcing top talent for pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and consultancies. Ben holds a Bachelor of Technology in Sports and Exercise from North East Surrey College of Technology.
