Ricard López Manzano

Ricard López Manzano is the President of APSOCECAT since its foundation in 1999. President of the Spanish Federation of Deafblindness (FESOCE) since its foundation in 2008. Member of the Board of Directors of Deafblind International (DbI) and the European Deafblind Network (EdBN) since 2000. President of the European Deafblind Network (EdBN) since 2011. President of the World Confederation of Deafblind Parents (WCPDB) since 2011. Represented from the deafblindness sector on the Platform European Association of the Deaf, Deafblind and Deafblind (EPDHDB) Professionally worked as Head of Information Systems at Catalunya Caixa until 2011. He currently holds the position of Director of APSOCECAT. He does not hold any other office, either public or private.
