Nicole Simona is an experienced professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the General Manager of People & Culture at APT Travel Group since July 2021. Prior roles include Consultant at Leidos Australia, where Nicole led initiatives to support autistic candidates in the workforce, and Director of Leadership & Capability at Afterpay. Nicole has extensive experience in organizational development from previous positions at Envato, MYOB, the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand, Country Road, and Fisher & Paykel Appliances, focusing on leadership development, employee engagement, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and change management. Nicole also has a background in HR project management from a contract role at Arnotts.
