Caio Leal

Caio Leal has a diverse work experience in the field of biotechnology and research. Caio currently holds the position of Chief Scientific Officer & Founder at Aptah Biosciences since July 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer & Founder at Aptah Biosciences from December 2019 to July 2020. Caio also held the position of Chief Scientific Officer & Founder at Aptah Biosciences from June 2018 to December 2019.

In addition, Caio Leal is the Founder of Reddot.bio, a company they established in March 2020. Caio also worked as the Innovation and Biotechnology Manager at Hebron Institute from December 2019 to March 2020.

Caio Leal completed their education at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás. From 2006 to 2011, they pursued a degree in Clinical Pathology, specializing in Biomedical Sciences. Following this, they went on to pursue a Master's degree in Genetics from 2012 to 2014. During their master's program, their field of study focused on assessing minimal residual disease in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia.
