Claire Raynal-Olive has extensive work experience in various roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Claire began their career at Sanofi Pasteur MSD in 1994, where they held several sales and marketing positions until 1999. Claire then joined BD Medical - Pharmaceutical Systems as the Worldwide Strategic Marketing Director, a role they held until 2011. In 2007, they also took on the position of WW Strategic Marketing Director at BD. From 2013 to 2014, they worked for PharmInsight Conseil, focusing on business development for laser marking and traceability solutions for pharma primary packaging. In 2014, they became the owner of a retail pharmacy in the Grenoble Area. In 2016, they joined BD again as the Strategic Innovation Leader, a position they held until 2019. Currently, they are working at Aptar as the Vice President of Global Business Development, with a previous role as the VP of Global Market Development Injectable.

Claire Raynal-Olive attended the Université de Pharmacie de LYon from 1987 to 1993, where they obtained a degree in Pharmacy. Claire also attended emlyon business school from 1992 to 1994, but the degree and field of study are not specified.
