Currently serving as President Asia at Aptar since October 2018 and a member of the Board of Directors at Oterra, the largest provider of naturally sourced colors globally, Xiangwei has held various significant positions throughout a career that spans over two decades. Previous roles include President of DSM Hydrocolloids and CEO of Andre Pectin Co. Ltd., with a strong focus on business development, team building, and market expansion in North America and Asia. Xiangwei's educational background includes an MBA from Columbia Business School and executive education from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and The Wharton School.
