Jennifer Glassford

Jennifer Glassford has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jennifer is currently the UK&I Vice President of Professional Services & Support at Aptean, a leading provider of industry-specific software. Prior to this, they worked at Salesforce, where they held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Global Success Leader for Acquired Success teams, Senior Director of International Success Hub, and Senior Director of Commerce Cloud Success Management. Before Salesforce, Jennifer worked at Oracle as the EMEA Practice Director, at Endeca as the EMEA Practice Director, at IVIS Group as the Professional Services Director, and at Business Objects as the Global Services Operations, EMEA Director and UK Professional Services Director. Jennifer also had earlier roles as a Pre-Sales Manager at Business Objects and Information Builders UK. Jennifer has a strong background in managing customer success, integration strategies, talent development, and sales operations.

Jennifer Glassford obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Political Science from Western University between 1982 and 1985.
