Michelle Ling is a skilled professional with extensive experience in sales analysis and marketing insights. Currently serving as the Sales Analyst (Off-Trade) Manager at Heineken Malaysia Berhad since July 2021, Michelle previously worked at British American Tobacco from January 2018 to March 2021 in various roles, including Associate Marketing Insights Manager and Trade Insights Executive. Earlier experiences include a research internship at A*STAR, and internships at Ample Effect Sdn Bhd and Top Glove, where Michelle focused on laboratory research and the mechanical properties of ageing gloves. Michelle holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Bristol, attained in 2017, and completed secondary education at Garden International School in Kuala Lumpur.
