Jessica Densmore

Jessica Densmore is an accomplished Engineering Delivery Leader with over 10 years of experience in the technology industry, currently serving as the US Head of Product Engineering for Health & Benefits Administration at Aptia Group US since March 2024. Prior to this role, Jessica spent nearly 11 years at Mercer in various positions, including Engineering Delivery Leader and Product Development POD Leader, focusing on US Health and Benefits Administration. Additionally, Jessica served as an Account Service Director at FKI Security Group from August 1999 to March 2013, where business development and client relationship management were key responsibilities. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting and Business/Management, as well as a Certificate of Accountancy from Phoenix College.
