Andrew Overholser

Andrew Overholser, PE, currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at APTIM since June 2023. Overholser has extensive experience in project and program management, having held senior positions at various companies including Cauldwell Wingate, Lettire Construction Corp., Pavarini McGovern, and Lend Lease. Key accomplishments include managing complex construction projects such as a $60 million renovation for the New York Housing Authority, overseeing a professional team of 15-18 in a public school construction mentor program, and leading the structural stabilization of municipal buildings in Manhattan. Overholser holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo and multiple MBA degrees focused on Entrepreneurship and Management.
