Gina Quintanilla

Gina Quintanilla has over 20 years of experience in proposal management, with a focus on Federal contracts. Gina has held various roles throughout their career, including Vice President of Business Development Operations at APTIM, Senior Director of Proposals at APTIM, Director of Federal Proposals at APTIM, Sr. Proposal Manager at APTIM (formerly CB&I), Sr. Proposal Manager/Proposal Center Manager at ECC, Proposal Manager at Lockheed Martin Information Technology, Senior Proposal Specialist at Lockheed Martin Information Technology, Sr. Proposal Manager at MWH Global, Proposal Manager at Duratek, Proposal Specialist at IBM, and Proposal Specialist at Lockheed Martin Astronautics. Additionally, they have worked as a Freelance Writer, with experience in writing and photographing a variety of topics. Gina has managed proposal efforts for projects ranging from small task orders to large, complex ID/IQ contracts worth over $1 billion. Gina has also supervised teams of proposal professionals and mentored and trained new hires in proposal management.

Gina Quintanilla, DBA, APMP CP, earned a Doctorate of Business Administration in International/Global Studies from Cal University in 2014. Gina also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Management of Technology and Database Technologies from Regis University, completed in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication Arts from Regis University in 1999. In 1996, Gina received a certification in International Olympic Solidarity Coaching Course from the University of Physical Education Budapest, Hungary. Additionally, they hold a certification as an APMP Certified Practitioner from APMP.
