Justin Pino

Justin Pino is an experienced Project Manager currently employed at APTIM since June 2023. Previously, Pino held a Project Manager position at HMT LLC from June 2021 to June 2023. Prior to that, Pino worked at MATRIX SERVICE COMPANY in Tulsa, OK, from October 1998 to December 2020, serving as Sr. Project Manager for Above-Ground Storage Tanks (AST). During the role at Matrix NAC in Norco, CA, from 2017 to 2021, Pino was promoted to establish a union labor-based division to comply with California SB54, mandating the use of union labor at petrochemical plants and refineries.
