Timothy Boelke

Timothy Boelke, PE, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as Treatment Plant Manager and Project Manager at APTIM since July 2017, Timothy has held previous senior engineering roles at CB&I and Shaw Environmental and Infrastructure, Inc. Timothy is also recognized for founding the Engineers Without Borders - San Diego Professional chapter. Timothy's early career includes serving as a Naval Officer in the US Navy, where responsibilities included functioning as a Nuclear Engineering Officer aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Catholic University of America.
