Ani Karapetyan

Ani Karapetyan is a Machine Learning Engineer at Aptiv since August 2022, specializing in Interior Sensing AI with a focus on 3D Human Pose Estimation, Height Estimation, and Pose Classification. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant in the Autonomous Intelligent Systems group at The University of Bonn from October 2021 to July 2022 and working as a Student in Computer Vision at xarvio™, where tasks included training Detectron2-based networks for crop and weed detection. Earlier roles encompass software engineering and support at Mentor Graphics, spanning from 2016 to 2019. Ani holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Bonn, a Master's degree in Information Systems from Yerevan State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Informatics and Applied Mathematics, also from Yerevan State University. Additional education includes attendance at the Armsoft Education Center and an art school.
