Anil Bhoite

Anil Bhoite is an experienced HR professional with over two decades of expertise in various aspects of Human Resource functions, particularly in Greenfield Projects. Currently serving as Head HR at Aptiv since July 2021, Anil previously held leadership positions at Minda Stoneridge Instruments Limited, Delphi, and Motherson Group, where responsibilities included managing HR for new plant setups and serving as a lead auditor for HR processes. Anil's academic background includes multiple degrees from Savitribai Phule Pune University, with a Bachelor of Laws and a Master in Personnel Management, complemented by specialized training in Labour Laws.
