Betsy Miller Frank

Betsy Miller Frank is vice president of investor relations at Aptiv, a position she has held since April 2025. In this role, Ms. Frank is responsible for the company’s engagement with the investment community, articulating Aptiv’s financial performance, growth strategy, and long-term transformation as a global technology leader across industries.

Ms. Frank brings more than 20 years of experience across investor relations, corporate finance, and capital markets. Prior to joining Aptiv, she served as Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Finance and at TelevisaUnivision. Previously, she held senior investor relations roles at Snap Inc., Medidata Solutions and E*TRADE Financial, where she helped drive shareholder value through transparent financial communications and proactive engagement with investors and analysts.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Frank spent five years in equity research at Goldman Sachs and Sandler O’Neill, covering U.S. brokerages and large-cap banks. She is known for her strategic insight, collaborative leadership, and ability to craft and deliver compelling narratives that resonate with the investment community.

Ms. Frank holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
