Narmeen Haider

Narmeen Haider currently serves as the Director of Strategic Operations and Chief of Staff at B Capital, focusing on strategic projects and shaping the company's investment strategy. Previous experience includes a Consultant role at Boston Consulting Group, where Narmeen engaged in public sector, healthcare, and private equity practices, notably conducting commercial diligences and developing healthcare transformation strategies. As Co-founder and Executive Director of MBAs Fight COVID-19, Narmeen expanded the organization to 22 MBA programs with over 1500 participants. Leadership capabilities were further demonstrated as Manager at Global Health Strategies, overseeing the East Africa office, and in diverse roles at McMaster University, Health Impact Fund, and Johnson & Johnson. Narmeen holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MSc in International Health Policy from The London School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Health Science specializing in Global Health from McMaster University.
