David Burke is a highly experienced benefits professional with a strong background in strategy and administration across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Benefits at Aptiv since October 2024, David previously held leadership roles at IBM, focusing on Benefits Design and Strategy, and at Synchrony as AVP for Benefits, overseeing the Health & Welfare, Retirement, and Financial Wellness programs for North America. Prior experience includes managing North America Retirement Plans at PepsiCo and supporting retirement and regulatory services at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. David holds a Master of Science in Human Capital Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wesleyan University.
