Izabela Kaczynska

Izabela Kaczynska is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, particularly in integrated supply chain and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Global HR Director at Aptiv since December 2017, Izabela has played key roles in organizational standardization and position evaluation. Prior experience at Delphi from May 2005 to December 2016 includes HR management for large teams across various regions, budget responsibilities, and strategic talent management. Izabela holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Silesia in Katowice and a postgraduate degree in Labour Law from Jagiellonian University.
