Michal Tarczalowicz

Michal Tarczalowicz serves as the Executive EMEA Finance Director at Aptiv since December 2017, overseeing P&L and cash management for a $2.5B+ business, crucial to the organization's financial strategy. Previously, Michal held various finance roles within Aptiv, including Finance Manager for major customer accounts and managing significant global budgets across multiple regions. Prior to Aptiv, Michal worked at Delphi, advancing through the Finance Leadership Development Program and contributing to various engineering finance functions. Additional professional experience includes roles at Brown Brothers Harriman and IBM BTO Business Consulting Services. Michal holds a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade from Cracow University of Economics.
