Sanjay Naithani

Sanjay Kumar Naithaani is a seasoned professional in procurement and supply management, currently serving as Vice President of Procurement and Supply Management for India and ASEAN Countries at Aptiv since December 2012, following the spin-off from Delphi Automotive. With extensive experience in the field, Sanjay has previously held roles such as Asia Pacific Category Manager and General Manager of Global Supply Management at Delphi, where responsibilities included managing significant supplier relationships and overseeing category spends. Sanjay's career commenced at New Holland Tractors and Honda Siel Power Products, supporting materials management efforts. Sanjay boasts a Master of Science in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an Executive MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Bachelor of Technology in Agricultural Engineering from Punjab Agricultural University.
