Ms. Kay Bagchi provides leadership across Aptive's healthcare services contracts for federal health clients. Kay leads multi-functional teams of various sizes delivering strategic planning, program and project controls, governance, integrated scheduling, data analysis, and organizational change management support. Ms. Bagchi's background spans federal government clients including the Veterans Health Administration, Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), General Services Administration (GSA), National Institutes of Health (NIH), as well as commercial enterprises in the finance and health sector.
