Taylor Wood

Taylor Wood is an experienced communications and change management professional currently serving as the Director of Human Experience at Aptive Resources since June 2023. Previously held the position of Senior Director, Communications & OCM at All Women Leadership -- AWL Strategies, overseeing a diverse portfolio that included major government agencies. Taylor has extensive experience in leading communication and operational teams, managing large-scale projects, and driving process improvements across various roles at prominent organizations such as General Dynamics Information Technology, Booz Allen Hamilton, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Taylor holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from West Virginia University.
