Jason Griffin

Jason Griffin is vice president of the Talent Solutions team at APTMetrics and is responsible for client development and new client acquisitions. Jason works with Fortune® 1000 accounts to understand their business objectives and their unique talent and leadership development challenges in order to craft effective and efficient talent management solutions to meet their needs. At APTMetrics, Jason works closely with his consulting partners and client organizations to design innovative assessment programs that remain in line with best practices and industry standards, while keeping a thoughtful eye on the relevant business drivers and practical issues. He partners with clients on the development and implementation of talent management programs, including employee selection, multi-rater feedback, leadership development, succession planning, competency modeling, performance management and career management in the U.S. and internationally. Jason has more than 23 years of prior experience in past roles with product management, business development and global key account management in the human capital and talent management consulting marketplace.
