Megan Chandler

Megan Chandler has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Megan currently holds the position of Vice President, Solution Delivery at APTMetrics since February 2024. Prior to that, they worked as Director at the same company from October 2019 to February 2024. Before joining APTMetrics, Megan served as a Senior Data Scientist in the Big Data Analytics and Innovation Lab at NORD/LB from April 2018 to September 2019. Megan also worked at Marriott International as Director, Talent Management Analytics & Solutions from June 2016 to March 2018, Senior Manager in the same department from January 2016 to June 2016, and Manager from June 2013 to December 2015. Megan's experience also includes a role as a Talent Management, Metrics and Design Specialist at Novo Nordisk, where they managed and supported various initiatives from October 2012 to June 2013. Megan started their career as a Visiting College Lecturer at The University of Akron from June 2011 to May 2012 and as a Graduate Assistant from August 2006 to May 2011. Megan Chandler earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University in 2006. Megan then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at The University of Akron from 2006 to 2008. Megan's educational journey concluded with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron in 2012.
