Zoe Zhang

Zoe (Yuyan) Zhang, Ph.D., is a highly experienced professional in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, currently serving as the Director at APTMetrics since May 2017. In this role, Zoe leads consulting delivery projects focused on job analysis, employee selection, and leadership development while generating innovative solutions to meet client needs. Zoe also manages a team of consultants, contributes to complex employment-related litigation projects, and collaborates on business development opportunities. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Director, Project Manager, and Senior Consultant at APTMetrics, along with serving as GLEAN Chair for the International Personnel Assessment Council. Zoe holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University, a Bachelor's in Biology from the University of Minnesota Duluth, and another Bachelor's in Biology from Ocean University of China.
