In 2015, George Khurtsidze attended a training course on Inclusive Leadership and Becoming a Successful Leader at Catalyst/Harvard and received a certificate for their participation. George also completed a training course on Negotiation Skills at Grass in 2016, where they obtained another certificate.

To enhance their managerial skills, George Khurtsidze enrolled in the Bank of Georgia University and completed the Leaders Program for Managers, earning a certificate in 2018-2019.
