Kamlesh Jha

Kamlesh Jha is an experienced Learning and Development professional currently serving as the Learning & Development Lead at Aptronix India since August 2022. In this role, Kamlesh leads initiatives focused on employee onboarding and trains regional trainers to ensure consistent training quality. Prior to this, Kamlesh was an L&D Consultant with Identity X Foundation from March 2019 to March 2022, specializing in sales process training and delivery. Kamlesh's earlier experience includes roles as a Regional Trainer and Store Manager at iWorld - Apple Premium Reseller from April 2012 to January 2019, where responsibilities encompassed training and operational management. Kamlesh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai and a Master of Business Administration in Retail Management from Future Innoversity in collaboration with IGNOU India.
