Nunzio Gianfelice

Nunzio Gianfelice serves as the Chief HR & Happiness Officer at Apuliasoft and holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at both SWITCH and HER srl. In the roles at SWITCH, Nunzio is involved in developing a B2B SAAS solution utilizing ML/AI for vehicle distribution and maintenance routing. At HER srl, Nunzio contributes to creating an AI system for home automation that manages guest interactions and security. Previous experience includes being a Tutor at the Università degli Studi di Bari's BALAB incubator, co-founding and managing Aulab, and leading a project under MIUR aimed at enhancing job market matching through a software product. Nunzio began a career as a freelance web developer and has foundational experience in tourism animation, which developed interpersonal and organizational skills. Education includes courses in strategic management from Copenhagen Business School and a Master's degree in Library & Information Science from Università degli Studi di Bari.
