Sham Lal Mittal

Sham Lal Mittal has over 25 years of experience working for the Indian Railways. In 2008, they founded Apurvakriti Infrastructure Private Limited with the goal of establishing a reputable construction company. Under their leadership as the Managing Director, the company has successfully worked on railway track construction, residential complexes, bridges, and other civil works. Apurvakriti Infrastructure Private Limited has a turnover close to 50cr and is focused on modernizing, improving management, efficiency, and pursuing aggressive company growth. Prior to their entrepreneurial venture, Sham Lal Mittal held the position of General Manager at IRCON International Ltd. from 2001 to 2007. Before that, they served as a Director in the Railway Ministry from 1996 to 2001.

Sham Lal Mittal completed their high school education at Gita School Kurukshetra from 1970 to 1975. Sham Lal then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, where they studied from 1976 to 1981. After completing their undergraduate degree, they continued their education at the same institution and earned a Master of Technology (M. Tech) degree in Foundation Engineering from 1981 to 1984.
