Kerry Milstead, PMP has extensive work experience spanning over three decades. From 2000 to 2002, Kerry served as a Program Manager at MVM, Inc. in support of the Department of Transportation (DOT). In this role, they coordinated the transition to Smartcard technology for transferring transit benefits, resulting in cost and paper reduction, increased security, and significantly higher monthly revenues.

Kerry began their career as a Regular and Special Education Teacher at PACE Center for Girls and Miccosukee Indian School from 1994 to 2000. They provided educational and life skills training at an alternative school for at-risk teenage females and co-wrote an award-winning alternative education curriculum.

Kerry's early work experience includes serving as an Assistant Coordinator of Logistics at the University of Maryland University College from 1990 to 1992. They developed improved organizational procedures, implemented computer-based solutions, and coordinated textbook shipments.

Kerry Milstead, PMP holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Special Education and Teaching from the University of South Florida, which was obtained from 1990 to 1994. In terms of additional certifications, Kerry obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in July 2020. Lastly, in August 2012, Kerry obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from PMI.
