Randy Griffin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 1998, they started as a Supervisor at BlueCross & BlueShield of North Carolina. Randy then moved on to CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, where they held various management positions from 2002 to 2007, including Supervisor, Federal Employee Program, and Manager, Enrollment Business/FEP Operations Center. From 2007 to 2009, Randy worked as a Manager at the CareFirst FEP Operations Center, overseeing IT plan consulting and training. In 2017, Randy worked as an EPMO Program Management Consultant at T. Rowe Price, and then as the Manager of Customer Care Operations at Kelly & Associates Insurance Group. Currently, since 2019, they serve as the CEO & Chief Operating Manager at APWU Health Plan.
