Larry Kihlstadius is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational growth. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at N Star Leaders, Kihlstadius specializes in coaching senior executives and facilitating leadership development for directors and above. As a Certified Practitioner with AQai, Kihlstadius is dedicated to empowering individuals to adapt to rapid change. Additionally, Kihlstadius conducts leadership workshops as a Vistage Speaker and has a history of advancing talent acquisition strategies as an independent consultant. Previous leadership roles include Senior Vice President at Vistage Worldwide and Impellam Group, along with a partnership at Accenture, where significant business growth was achieved.
