Cathy You

Cathy You have a wealth of professional experience, having worked for eight different companies since 2007. Cathy began their career at WEX (Wright Express) as a Credit Summer Intern in 2007. Cathy then moved on to Citigroup in 2008 as a Summer Analyst. In 2010, they were an Investment Banking Analyst at Citi. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at J.P. Morgan as a Strategic Investments Analyst. During this time, they worked with businesses within the Investment Bank on strategic initiatives and investment/acquisition opportunities across multiple divisions. Cathy also performed financial valuations using Discounted Cash Flows (DCF), trading/transaction comparables, and M&A analysis. From 2013 to 2017, they were at Razorfish, where they held the roles of Associate Director, Data Sciences (Analytics), Manager, Data Sciences (Analytics), and Senior Analyst, Data Sciences (Analytics). In 2017, they became an MBA Summer Intern, Strategic Planning at Samsung Electronics America. Cathy then moved up to Deputy Chief of Staff / Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation in 2018. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Business Development and Strategy Lead at Aqara.

Cathy You received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics from Cornell University. Cathy then attended Harvard Business School and earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in 2018. Cathy also attended General Assembly but did not receive any degree or certification.
