Nora Grendon

In her role as Head of Human Resources with AQMetrics, Nora oversees the end to end HR and recruitment and selection function. In addition to the the HR & Recruitment responsibilities, this role is varied across all aspects of employee wellbeing, performance management, health and Safety, employer branding, training and new employee orientation. Nora is dedicated to creating a mindful and supportive working environment for her colleagues in AQMetrics. Nora is also a qualified career coach,

Prior to AQMetrics, Nora was a Senior HR Business Partner for Irish Water, playing a instrumental role in building the team for this national utility. She also held key roles in Merck Sharp Dohme, Intel, PayPal and Allianz.

Nora is a graduate of the National College of Ireland, with a degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a post graduate Dip in HR and Recruitment

Nora Grendon's educational career includes a certificate in career coaching from the Irish Lifecoach Institute, a bachelor's degree in HR & Industrial Relations from the National College of Ireland, and executive coaching from Kingstown College. Nora also has a bachelors degree from the national college of ireland and certification from the CIPD in CIPD.

They work with Darell Miller - Head of Sales Asia, Cathal Connolly - Head, Regulatory Reporting, and Claire Savage - COO. Their manager is Geraldine Gibson, CEO.
