Stacy Siciliano Smith

Stacy Siciliano Smith is a seasoned professional in human resources and operations with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of People & Culture at CAMP since December 2024, Stacy previously held multiple roles at Paper Source from March 2013 to September 2023, including Human Resources Director for the warehouse and various recruiting positions. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Cabela's, overseeing retail operations, as well as the Director of Operations at Absolute Appraisal Group and a Real Estate Appraiser at Forsythe Appraisals. Stacy's educational background includes a degree in Digital Design from The Art Institutes and studies at Indiana State University, complemented by foundational education at Barrington High School.
