Greg Chew

Greg Chew has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Greg is currently working as a Co-Founder at Cheferkon Partners since September 2019. Prior to this, they worked at AQR Capital Management from January 2016 onwards, specializing in infrastructure and systems administration, particularly in Windows Engineering. Before that, Greg served as a Manager and Instructor at Bo Law Kung Fu since July 1998.

In the past, Greg had significant roles at other well-known companies. For example, they worked at TD Ameritrade from October 2014 to December 2015 as a Manager, Desktop Engineering, responsible for automation scripting, build and infrastructure design of Microsoft Windows Workstation and Apple Mac OS X platforms. Greg also handled Active Directory, Group Policy, and User services solutions using various tools.

Greg's experience at Societe Generale spans from April 2005 to March 2012, where they held the position of Senior Desktop Engineer, User Infrastructure Services. During this time, they gained expertise in desktop engineering and user infrastructure services.

Before Societe Generale, Greg worked at Biovail Corporation as a Network Administrator from September 2004 to April 2005. Here, they focused on server and workstation administration, specifically the architecture of primary workstation builds and automation scripting within an Active Directory environment.

Greg's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a Management Consultant from July 1999 to November 2001. Greg then became an Independent Consultant at Societe Generale from November 2001 to August 2004. Lastly, they worked as a Consultant at PaineWebber from 1998 to 1999.

Greg Chew received their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management Systems (IEOR) and Computer Science from Columbia Engineering, which they attended from 1995 to 1999. Prior to their college education, Greg Chew attended North Shore High School from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August 2015.
