Jen Frost

Jen Frost has extensive work experience in the financial industry, having held various senior roles at reputable companies. From 1999 to 2013, they served as a Managing Director at Credit Suisse. Following this, they joined CRA, Inc. in 2014, where they worked as a Managing Director until 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Principal and Chief Human Resources Officer at AQR Capital Management, a role they have held since August 2016.

Jen Frost completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University between 1998 and 1999.
