Jon Hade

Jon Hade has a diverse work experience in benefits management. Jon started their career in 1999 at Aon Hewitt, where they held various roles including Benefits Service Manager and Benefits Implementation Manager. During their time at Aon Hewitt, Jon gained expertise in health care strategy, benefit design, and administration support. Jon also worked as the Director of Corporate Health Exchange, responsible for managing all aspects of implementation of health plans and designing comprehensive systematic and administrative support. In 2014, Jon joined Bridgewater Associates as a Benefits Program Manager, where they oversaw the day-to-day operations of benefit plans and ensured efficient and compliant benefits administration. Currently, they are the Global Head of Employee Benefits - Executive Director at AQR Capital Management, where they focus on benefits strategy and planning, optimization of plan value, and vendor management.

Jon Hade received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University at Albany, SUNY. Jon attended the university from 1992 to 1996.
