Lei Xie

Lei Xie's work experience includes working as a Portfolio Manager and Research Lead at Cubist Systematic Strategies since February 2022. Prior to this, Lei was a Managing Director at AQR Capital Management, where they were a senior member of the Global Stock Selection team. In this role, Lei focused on long/short equity strategy and portfolio management, as well as alpha research and non-traditional portfolio construction methods. Before joining AQR Capital Management, Lei worked as a Research Assistant at the Yale School of Management from August 2008 to May 2013.

Lei Xie completed a Master's degree in Finance, General from Renmin University of China from 2006 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Finance, General at Yale University, from 2008 to 2013.
